Hello and welcome to the world of R.I.E.Z. Falcons Track and Field Club where anything is possible. R.I.E.Z. is an acronym for Running in Extreme Zone. Our team mascot is the Peregrine Falcon.  We pride ourselves in having high self-esteem; being careful not to use words like CAN’T, STUPID and TIRED. We believe that through all adversity we will still R.I.E.Z.!
